Alien looking creature sat on some form of chair (the darker areas in the greenish paint give the impression of a body, even hands resting on the chair arms). The yellow and red at the top some form of massive helmet. Bottom red and yellow reminds me of a rocket ice lolly, only the stick appears to have snapped off at the bottom.
